For unions, libraries & employers: the main program

For Community Hosts

Bring it to your people. Keep $30 a family.

You already have the thing most businesses pay for: a community of parents who trust you. Open a group sign-up, give them a year of their week at home already planned, and keep $30 of every spot — with your name on the door.

What Your People Get

Their whole week at home, already decided.

Not a resource library to dig through. Every Monday, each family opens one link and finds the week handled — and it stays that way for a year.

Every meal planned Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Monday to Friday, with one grocery list organized by aisle. Every dinner deliberately cooks the next day's lunch.
Three 15-minute activities Ready-made parent-child moments each week. No supplies to buy, no prep, and each one adapts from toddlers to teens.
A 10-minute partner check-in A guided weekly sync built for shift schedules, rotations, and weeks apart — not for a therapist's office.
One small seasonal task A single home task a week that moves the household through the season. No overwhelming clean-up weekend, ever.

Two family sizes, a full plant-based track, and allergen notes on every recipe. See a real sample week before you put your name anywhere near it — that page shows exactly what your people would open.

How a Group Sign-Up Works

You share it once. We do the rest.

We set your closing date together.

A short window works best — usually two to three weeks. Your group has a real deadline, which is what turns "that looks nice" into an actual sign-up.

You share it with your people.

We hand you the link, the wording, and the images, written so you can post them as they are. Most hosts spend well under an hour across the entire run.

Families join at $99 for the year.

They pay directly — you never handle money, collect names, or chase anyone. $30 of every spot is set aside as yours.

On closing day, it opens together.

Everyone who joined gets their link the same day, and your community's name and welcome are the first thing they see. Then a new week lands every Monday for a year.

If fewer than 15 families join, nobody pays a cent.

Fifteen households is the floor, because every group gets its own branded door and setup. Come up short and every spot is refunded in full — then we can pick a new date and try again. You are never on the hook for the difference, and neither are your people.

What You Earn

$30 a family. No cap, no tiers.

Every household that joins is $30 to you. Your share is sent after the group closes and the spots are confirmed — nothing to invoice, nothing to chase.

A typical group $900

The Part Hosts Actually Worry About

This is not a funnel, and we can show you why.

You have spent years earning your community's trust. The fastest way to lose it is handing them something that turns out to be the front door of a sales machine. So here is exactly what happens after your people join — and what never does.

What your community will and will not get from us

  • One price, one year, no upsells. $99 buys the whole program. There is no premium tier waiting behind it and no add-on we will pitch them later.
  • The program collects nothing about their household. No accounts, no logins, no child data. It is built so the app cannot send information anywhere, and their own browser enforces it.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share anything. Buying a spot means we hold an email address to send their link to, and a payment processor handles the card. That is the entire record, and it never becomes a marketing list.
  • You will be asked to disclose that you earn a commission. We give you the exact line. Paid endorsements have to be disclosed in Canada, and saying it plainly reads far better to your people than being found out later.
  • No pressure tactics in anything we write for you. No fake scarcity, no countdown theatrics. The deadline is real because the group opens together — that is the only urgency there is.

Who This Fits

Built for communities without a budget line.

If you have a room full of parents and no money to spend on them, this is the route that works.

Mom & parenting groupsFacebook groups, meet-ups, mat-leave circles, multiples clubs
Studios & instructorsYoga, fitness, dance, swim — anywhere parents come weekly
Faith communitiesChurches, temples, mosques, and their family ministries
Daycares & preschoolsCentres and home daycares with engaged parent lists
Neighbourhood networksResidents' associations, school councils, street groups
Family professionalsDoulas, lactation consultants, family photographers, coaches

If your organization has a budget, do not do this.

Unions, libraries, employers, and municipalities should buy a license instead — it works out to $48.50 per family rather than $99, the organization covers it so families pay nothing, and it comes with onboarding and reporting. We would rather point you there than take the smaller sale.

Questions Hosts Ask

The honest answers.

Every spot is refunded in full and nothing opens. Fifteen households is the floor because each group gets its own branded door and setup. If you come up short, we can set a new closing date and try again — no cost to you either way.

Share it with your people and answer the odd question. We give you the link, the wording, and the images, written so you can post them as they are. You never handle payments, never collect names, and never do support — that all comes to us.

Yes, and we give you the exact line to use. Paid endorsements have to be disclosed in Canada. In our experience it also lands better: your community already assumes nothing is free, and saying it plainly reads as confidence rather than something you were hiding.

A full year of the program: every meal planned Monday to Friday with the grocery list done, three fifteen-minute parent-child activities a week, a ten-minute partner check-in, and one small seasonal home task. A new week every Monday, renewed each season. It works out to under two dollars a week for the household.

After the group closes and the spots are confirmed, at $30 for every household that joined. We agree the payment method with you before your group opens, so there are no surprises on either side. Commission earnings may be taxable income depending on your situation — worth a word with your accountant.

Yes. Most communities have families who miss the first window, and a second group tends to run easier once the first has people talking. Families already in keep their year running uninterrupted.

Spots are paid up front and delivered on closing day, so families can cancel for a full refund any time before the group closes. After it opens, there is a refund window we will confirm with you in writing before your group goes out, so you can answer that question without checking with us.
