For unions, libraries, family resource centres & employers
The hardest shift your people work starts at 5:40.
You already cover the crisis, the counselling and the dental. Nothing you offer touches the second shift that starts when your people get home, and that is the one running them down. Family Vantage does: you license it once a year, and every family in scope opens a link with your name on it and finds their whole week already handled. Every meal planned with the grocery list written, three things to do with the kids, ten minutes to get the week straight with a partner, and one small job for the house. It costs those families nothing.
Not an EAP, and not in any benefits booklet No logins, no accounts, no personal data collected Live for your families in under 30 days
Take these to the committee. The first two are what the evening actually costs a parent. The second two are why you have probably never heard about it from them.

For benefits committees & decision-makers
Check the benefits booklet. This isn't in it.
When decision-makers hear "family wellness" they picture programs they already pay for. Family Vantage overlaps with none of them. Here is the comparison to run before your next committee meeting.
Your EAP
Responds to crisis
Counselling and crisis support
Referrals and assessments
Used by a small share of members, in their hardest moments
Family Vantage is not counselling.
Your Benefits Plan
Covers the body
Health, dental and vision
Drug coverage and paramedical
Used once something has already gone wrong
Family Vantage is not health coverage.
Family Vantage
Runs the week at home
What's for dinner, decided, with the list already made
Time with the kids, and ten minutes for the partners
Used weekly by every family, before anything goes wrong
The gap between everything you already offer.
A fifth of everything your EAP is asked for is not counselling at all. It is daily-living help: childcare, eldercare, housing, the logistics of an ordinary life. Your people are already asking for this. Ask your provider whether they plan next week's dinners, hand over the grocery list, and put fifteen minutes with the kids in the calendar. That is why Family Vantage does not compete with a single line item you already pay for.
Who Licenses It
Four kinds of organization. One licence.
Family Vantage reaches families through the institutions they already trust. Here is what it looks like from your side of the table.
Unions & Locals
A benefit members feel every week, not one they hope never to need.
Your members run hospital shifts, rotate through job sites, or spend weeks away from home. The household keeps going either way, and somebody in it is carrying the whole week in their head. This is the member-appreciation win that shows up at their own kitchen table with your name on it, and they will be able to tell you exactly what it did for them.
Complements your EAP and benefits plan, duplicates neither
Built for shift work, away work, and every family structure
A visible win for member appreciation and bargaining priorities
Flat annual licence, priced per local rather than per claim
Public Libraries
Offer it the way you offer any digital resource.
You already serve families through storytime, summer reading and free digital tools. The parents you never see are the ones who finish work at five and cannot get to any of it. Family Vantage reaches exactly them: a weekly family-life resource behind one link on your website, with no card integration and no IT project.
Zero patron data collected, so privacy review is short
Audited against WCAG 2.1 AA with every release
Reaches the families who cannot attend in person
Fits programming and digital-resource budgets, and grant applications
Military & Family Resource Centres
For the families who move, and the ones holding it together while someone is away.
Posting season, a deployment, a partner gone for months, a new province where nobody knows your kids' names yet. The household still has to eat on Tuesday, and one person is now doing all of it alone. This is the program that keeps running when the family is the thing that moved, and it travels with them: no re-registration, no new account, no waiting list at the other end.
Built for solo-parenting stretches and single-income weeks
Works the same in any province, with nothing to transfer on posting
Reaches the families who cannot get to the centre in person
Aggregate reporting for your funder, never a family's details
Employers & Municipalities
The benefit that shows up on a Tuesday night.
Most wellness perks go unused. The second shift never does. The employee who spent the afternoon half-solving dinner is the same one you are hoping to keep next year, and no amount of wellness programming touches the thing actually draining them. This one does, and they feel it weekly rather than filing it away in an onboarding folder.
Works on a root cause of burnout, presenteeism and attrition
Used weekly, so your people actually feel it
Zero HR administration after launch
Aggregate usage summaries, never individual tracking
How It Launches
Live in 30 days. Zero admin after.
From a 50-member local to a city-wide library system, the launch is the same three steps, and your team's involvement effectively ends at step one.
1
A 20-minute intro call
We scope your size, the realities your families are living, and the rollout timeline. Not a slide deck marathon. Twenty minutes.
2
We build your branded program
Your name and your welcome on the family-facing program, your private access link, and ready-to-send materials for your newsletter or intranet.
3
Families start their first week
You share the link once. Families follow a new week each Monday, and we rewrite the full program every season. There is nothing for your staff to maintain, ever.
Built to pass your toughest reviewer
Privacy officers, accessibility auditors and benefits trustees all ask the same questions. We designed the answers in from day one.
No personal data, by design. No accounts, no logins, no names, no child data. There is nothing to breach, and it is technically enforced rather than promised: the app is built so that it cannot send data anywhere, and the browser polices it. PIPEDA and library privacy reviews are short conversations.
No IT project, ever. Families open a link in any browser. There is nothing for your team to install, integrate or maintain, and nothing that touches your systems.
Audited against WCAG 2.1 AA. Screen-reader friendly, keyboard navigable, readable contrast, checked every release against the accessibility standard public institutions require.
Quarterly engagement summary. Aggregate, anonymous usage only. Proof the benefit is being used, without surveilling a single family.
Your name on the front door. The program opens with your organization's name and your welcome, so families know exactly who gave them their week back. Your name, never your colours: the program stays the program.
Transparent Pricing
One flat licence. Approved in one meeting.
No per-claim billing, no usage tiers, no surprises at renewal. One annual licence your committee or your owner can approve in a single sitting, sized to the households you want covered. Pay by invoice on net 30, or by card if that is easier for your finance process.
Small Teams · One-Year Licence
$1,940 / yearCovers up to 40 households, onboarding included
Founding Partner · One-Year Licence
$4,850 / yearCovers up to 100 households, onboarding included
Everything, for every family: all four pillars, every week, rewritten each season, all year
White-glove onboarding included: your branding, your private link, and your welcome materials done for you
Founding-partner terms: locked pricing as the program grows, direct input on content, recognition as a program architect
No lock-in: renew, expand, or walk away after year one, with no penalty
Either licence works out to under a dollar a week per family, or $48.50 per household for the year. Volume pricing is available for larger locals, library systems, resource centres and employers, and we will walk you through it on the call.
Questions Decision-Makers Ask
Asked before every partnership.
No, and it is worth checking directly with your provider. An EAP covers counselling, crisis support and referrals. A benefits plan covers health, dental, vision and drugs. Neither one includes weekly meal planning with grocery lists, activities for parents and children, ten guided minutes for partners, or seasonal household routines. That category has never been part of a standard benefits package. Family Vantage complements what you already offer and duplicates none of it.
Think of it as a digital resource rather than an employee benefit. Patrons reach Family Vantage through a link on your website, the same way they reach your e-book or online learning platforms. There is no library card integration, no IT project, and no patron data collected of any kind. It extends your family programming to the working parents who can never attend in person, and it positions the library as the family-support hub of your community.
No. Families open your private link in any web browser, on a phone, a tablet or a computer. There are no accounts, no logins, no passwords to reset and nothing to install. It behaves like an app the moment it opens: it works in a no-signal grocery aisle, and a family can add it to their home screen if they want to. Every recipe and grocery list is written out for the exact size of the household opening it, two people through seven, with a full plant-based track alongside.
By not collecting personal data in the first place. Family Vantage stores no names, no emails, no child data and no health data, so there are no accounts to breach. Any reporting to your organization is aggregate, anonymous usage only. This no-data design keeps obligations under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) minimal, and it is exactly what library privacy officers want to hear. Our privacy policy answers most security questionnaires on its own, and if you send us yours we will complete it.
Yes, and that is a core design principle rather than an accommodation bolted on afterwards. The household keeps running whether one partner is away on a project for weeks or working rotating shifts. The ten minutes for partners and the pre-planned week are built precisely for families who cannot rely on both parents being home at the same time, and every amount scales to the number of people actually at the table that week.
Almost nothing. After a 20-minute intro call we set up your branded program link and your welcome materials. You share the link with your families through a newsletter, your website, or your intranet. Most organizations are live within 30 days, families follow a new week each Monday, and we rewrite the full program every season on our side. There is no ongoing administration for your staff.
One flat annual licence, sized to the households you want covered, with onboarding included and nothing billed per claim or per use. Small Teams covers up to 40 households for $1,940 a year. The Founding Partner Licence covers up to 100 for $4,850, which is under a dollar a week per family either way. Pay by invoice on net 30 by e-transfer or direct deposit, or by card through Stripe, whichever your finance process prefers. Send us a purchase order or a vendor form and we will work inside your process. Volume pricing applies above 100 households.
You choose: renew at your locked founding rate, expand to more families, or simply end the program. Nothing renews automatically and nothing is ever charged without you asking for it. There is no multi-year commitment and no cancellation penalty, so you renew only if your families love it. We earn that renewal by being the benefit they actually use every week.
Tell us the number of households in scope and we will price to it. A licence is sized to your organization, not the other way round. Above 100 households, volume pricing applies. Below 40, a group sign-up is usually the better arrangement: your people join individually, your name still goes on the door, and your organization spends nothing. We will say so rather than sell you a licence you do not need.

Twenty minutes. That's the whole ask.
Tell us about your organization and we will show you exactly what your families would open on their first Monday. If it is not a fit, you will know by minute ten.
